ETU-LINK's 25G SFP28 BIDI ZR Optical Module supports data rates up to 25.78125Gb/s. It is compliant with IEEE 802.3cc, SFF-8472, and SFF-8419, and comes in a hot-swappable SFP28 package form factor with a simplex LC connector.

 

The optical modules support commercial-grade (0°C to 70°C) and industrial-grade (-40°C to 85°C) operating temperature ranges for 25G Ethernet and CPRI Option 10, and are capable of meeting the needs of long-haul data communications and interconnect applications.

Lasers and receiversEML lasers at the transmitter side, SOA optical amplifiers and PIN TIA receivers at the receiver side, centered on wavelengths from 1295 nm to 1309 nm.

Long Distance Transmission: The transmission distance can reach 80km through G.652 single mode fiber (SMF), which meets the demand of long distance data transmission.

Low power consumption: <2.2W for commercial grade applications and <2.8W for industrial grade.

BIDI Technology: Using WDM (wavelength division multiplexing) technology, different central wavelengths in both directions are sent and received, making this optical module capable of bi-directional transmission over a single fiber.
